1. System Overview
The Water & Freon Dual-System Cooling-Only Industrial Air Conditioner is designed for industrial cooling applications such as factories, workshops, production areas, and warehouses with high sensible heat load.
The system combines:
Refrigerant system (DX cooling) for direct cooling, and Water system for heat rejection or auxiliary heat exchange
Due to its industrial-grade structure, proper operation and regular maintenance are essential to ensure stable performance, energy efficiency, and long service life.
2. Daily Operation Inspection
(Recommended: daily or each working shift)
2.1 Refrigerant System
* Check compressor operation sound for abnormal noise or vibration
* Monitor high-pressure and low-pressure readings to ensure normal range
* Inspect refrigerant piping, valves, and joints for oil stains or leakage
